The non-refundable payment to secure your date is half of the full total.
In addition, all events require a refundable security deposit of $250. Security deposits are returned as long as there are no damages to the property or significant cleaning is required. At the conclusion of each event, the venue should be returned to its original condition.

For those interested in serving alcohol at their event, you can either hire a licensed and insured bartender or opt to add alcohol insurance to bring your own beverages.
All our event rentals include a 6-hour timeframe for setup, celebration, and cleanup. Should you or any of your vendors require additional time, we're happy to accommodate based on availability.
We provide full-day rentals spanning 14 hours, from 10am to 12am. Ideal for events requiring more than 2 hours for setup and cleanup, or for those with multiple vendors needing extended setup times. Our full-day rentals offer the peace of mind to prepare and ensure everything is set to perfection without rushing.

Cleaning assistance is available to give you more time to enjoy your celebration. Instead of spending your final hour on cleanup, you can keep the party going! Just ensure you take all your belongings with you at the end of your rental period, and we'll take care of the rest.
